BRAND JOURNEY

From creator search to a recorded payment.

    Discover

Filter public creator profiles by platform, niche, location, audience, engagement and service type.

  2. 02

    Shortlist / Invite

Save a creator to a campaign, then send an invitation when the fit is right.

  3. 03

    Brief

Keep the campaign objective, brief, budget, currency and due date together.

  4. 04

    Collaborate

Create agreement terms after a creator accepts and keep campaign messages attached.

  5. 05

    Approve

Review submitted deliverables, request a revision when allowed, or approve the work.

  6. 06

    Record Payment

Submit and verify manual bank references in the order and payout record.

Different roles. One collaboration record.

A campaign candidate connects the brand’s campaign to the creator. After acceptance, the agreement and deliverables carry the work forward.

Booked a package? Here is what happens next.

The order starts from a creator’s active published package. Its price, currency, turnaround and revisions are copied into the order record.

Manual payment verificationThe buyer submits a bank-transfer reference and Collabistan finance records confirmation. The website does not hold or move the funds.

When no genuine completed-order review exists, no rating or testimonial is shown.

Reputation follows completed work.

A buyer or creator can submit one review after an order reaches completed status. Public creator profiles show visible reviews from genuine completed orders; demo profiles keep an honest empty state.

The details behind the flow.

Answers based on the workflows available in Collabistan today.

How do brands find creators?

Brands use Marketplace Discovery filters for platform, niche, location, followers, engagement, service type and verification, then open public profiles and packages.

Can creators decline invitations?

Yes. An invited creator can accept or decline from Opportunities. A declined invitation is removed from the creator’s active opportunity list and the campaign owner is notified.

What happens after a creator accepts?

The brand can create a collaboration agreement for the accepted campaign creator. The creator must then accept that agreement before its deliverables become active.

How do revisions work?

A submitted deliverable can be approved or returned with a revision request. Package orders also track revisions used against the number included in the booked package.

How are payments recorded?

Payment uses manual bank transfers. References are submitted and verified, and confirmed transactions are retained in order or payout records. Collabistan does not transfer money automatically.

When do reviews appear?

Reviews can be submitted only after an order is completed. Public creator profiles show non-hidden reviews tied to genuine completed orders and do not invent ratings for empty profiles.
